It can be helpful to keep a ‘seizure diary’

It can be helpful to keep a ‘seizure diary’. This will enable you to give as much information as possible about your seizures to your doctor.

You can download a diary from Epilepsy Action webpage or order a diary from their helpline helpline@epilepsy.org.uk or phone 0808 800 5050.

I've been keeping a seizure diary for 3 months now. Finding it really useful both in showing my experience to my doctor and for myself.
