If as you say having a lot of attacks of epilepsy, I would advise you that the best thing for you to do is to make an appointment to see your GP and let them decide this one for you

All the best

Hello Shonasultana

It would be a good idea to talk to an epilepsy doctor about this. If you are not already being seen by one it would be a good idea to ask your family doctor to refer you to one. This is usually a neurologist.

It is difficult to tell from your message whether you have been diagnosed with epilepsy. Talking to a neurologist about what has happened will give you chance to try to find a cause for it and check whether any treatment would be advised for you.

they give me more pills to take only

Ask them to investigate further maybe have some scans done?

Tell them you feel uncomfortable just adding more pills to the ones your already taking and maybe they could take a look and see about changing meds after doing other checks. good luck.

So sorry to hear you had a seizure. Hope you're taking it easy and feel better soon.

I second the suggestion of a neurologist and getting further testing. I don't like taking medication either, but if the alternative is having a seizure, I guess I'll be taking pills for the rest of my life.

Not what you're looking for?
