Hi Jojo, a friend of mine is a private yoga instructor yoganerd.co.uk/home.html She was there through the whole process of me being diagnosed so I believe she would be able to help you. Also she has mentioned this place to me; stretchlondon.org/ it would be worth checking them both out. I hope you find something that works for you. X
