hi just wanted to ask has anyone had prostap to shrink the cysts and does it work xx

Hi, i had prostap injections a long time ago, but unfortunately they didnt work for me. I was healthiest whilst on zoladex injections, but honestly have to say i dont think my cysts shrunk whilst on the medication, i just felt healther.

A scan found a largeish cyst on my ovary last October, and after 6 months of injections, another scan showed that the cyst had disappeared completely.

Everybody reacts to it differently and until you try it for yourself, you won't know if it's going to work for you. But I'd take the injections over surgery any day

Yes prostap worked for me Shazia but it probably took 6 weeks or so <I had definitely had the 2nd monthly injection> for the benefits to kick in. I felt very well on it and that was without having any addback HRT. Are you having the injections monthly or three monthly? I know some ladies find they have more relief if the injections are monthly and therefore the effect on their body is more constant and pain levels are reduced.
