I usually follow a strict endo diet. when im out with friends Im limited to what I can eat. Is it okay to eat fast food from time to time?

I let myself have one day off per week so I will have what I want including wine. If I didn't i think I would go mad. You might feel a bit groogy the next day but for me it is well worth it!

fanks. feel lyk we have such limited stuff to eat? do you feel lyk endo really effects your everyday life?

Yes very much so. It controls everything even though I try to fight it. I saw you replied to my question re visanne. It is not natural it is a new type of progesterone apparently during trials it has had amazing success with very few side effects I will be starting it in September to be honest I will try anything even though most things have not really worked in the past.
