I had a high ca125 last year and I was told after scans that it was due to endometriosis and it can be common .
I have been in chronic pain and a recent mri has shown the endometrioma I had removed has grown back , I am having a repeated ca125 . I am expecting it to come back high again , but can’t help but be scared and worried .
Has anyone else experienced this with endometriosis?

Yes it’s common. Ca125 isn’t a diagnostic test for endo as it is non specific and can be high for many reasons . Mind was over 1000.
Hi yes I also have high CA125 and 2 large endometriomas at present. It is understandable to be worried and I'm sorry your endometrioma has grown back already. My advice would be try not to over think it, stay off the Google (I obsessively googled it when I had my test back) and just remember it is very common in a lot of us due to the inflammation from the disease.
