Anyone had costochondritis with endometriosis

Just wondering if anyone has had costochondritis and also has endometriosis? costochondritis is apparently inflammation of the chest and considering endometriosis is an inflammation condition just wondering if the two are connected

I’ve recently been pondering this myself. I’ve been diagnosed with costochondritis twice. Both during the eight years of unexplained pelvic pain/tirade of symptoms which have now been confirmed to be endo.

Would be interested to hear if anyone else has experienced the same!

Hi, Yes I have costochondritis as well I've had it for so many years now but I've never thought to ask anyone if they're connected

I was diagnosed a few months after I started taking a mini pill. I spoke about it with my GP, that I believe it is a side effect of the hormonal treatment, but they said that they have never heard of this connection before...I stopped taking the pill and the pain stopped, but my sternum is still popping quite often.
