Has anyone had their endo trigger with unbelievable pain when you have Diarrhoea? The pain was so bad I have been vomiting all night and I've now come out in hives.

Bowel inflammation trigger
I absolutely relate to this, all my life I’ve associated having diarrhoea with the most excruciatingly, nauseating, passing out level of pain. It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with very severe bowel endometriosis that I realised why I suffered so much more than a normal person when I had a dodgy stomach.
The pain leading up to diarrhoea episode is the very worst element and also afterwards.
I wish I had some tips for you but there’s absolutely nothing that helps this level of pain, I’m so sorry you’re going through this too.
Have you been seen by a colorectal consultant?
Hi there.
Sorry to hear about the pain and then vomiting and hives. Normally hives would mean a reaction to something, are you allergic or intolerant to any food or drink? May be worth getting this checked? X
Hi Theodora, so sorry to read you were in such pain it caused you to vomit. I've experienced similar symptoms, but infrequently and without feeling nauseas. Instead, I can experience heartburn, acid reflux at the most, which is still unpleasant!
I've found help with a couple of supplements - taking omega 3 daily (try Bare Biology brand), probiotics (I like Wild Nutrition's, Wild Nutrition's Endometriosis Support supplement, magnesium malate (I recommend Pure Encapsulations brand - I take 2 a day in the days before my period is due, and also during my period as needed for pain) and finally, a fibre supplement called psyllium husk (I blend it into a smoothie - it helps with bowel movements).
Altogether it may sound like a lot (or you may already supplement with some), but they all definitely helps!
