6 days late...

Hiya. Im 6 days late, tested on the first day, negative... tested again the following day, negative... have left it so its 21 days since unprotected... i have a large 8cm cyst on my left side and a smaller in my right ovary as far as im aware haven't had my last scan results from January still so unsure if they may have shrunk, still waiting to speak to a consultant. My question is has anyone had similar and still managed to fall pregnant and successfully carry full term? My previous pregnancy in October last year was an ectopic so im sceptical. This is all new to me, normally my cycle is 28 days on the dot. Day before my cycle should have started i had clear discharge... and on the 9th i had light spotting. Any advise greatfully recieved. Do i bite the bullet and do another test or do i just wait and see?

I don’t want to put a downer on it but I’ve had times like this and wasn’t pregnant sadly. Do you track your ovulation? We were trying for about a year, the ovulation sticks really helped, I didn’t ovulate every month.

Not atall a downer, just realistic which is what im looking for. I know, my last couple have been abit out of sync but not quite this late, im not tracking ovulation or actively trying but if it happens it happens is my attitude. I don't want to put pressure on myself incase it doesn't happen if that makes sense.
