Bleeding with two pills a day

I am on two pills a day but still bleeding from last 15 days now, nausea and fever in the evening, feels like vomiting so trying to stay on bed more as walking is difficult for me discomfort and pain is so bad which makes me sweat a lot at the middle of the night.one year now living without wearing clothes at home prefer to stay nude as itching and discomfort is so much wearing clothes feel like suffocating myself , pain, itching, nausea makes me change my skin colour my lips turns grey even my family members can see the difference between my normal and in painful body ,if feels like something is stuck in my bottom, taking so many painkillers only making me dryness in my stomach,I feel very dry from inside and dryness in my bottom part, standing and walking is very hard I am house bound, prefer to stay at home more .
