In August this year I was told I had focal endometriosis on both ovaries but haven’t had much info on what to do or what stage I am at.
Left ovary has 6mm
Right ovary had 12mm
I’m constantly in some form of pain ranging from a dull ache to unbearable sharp pains in either side of my body / pelvic region. I also get pulling sensations like something inside me is stuck to another organ.
Please help, I really don’t know what to do, I don’t know when my next appointment is as the NHS is under so much pressure!
Thanks in advance 🫶🏽

that sounds like endometriomas which are cysts on ovaries filled with blood. Often called chocolate cysts. Were you diagnosed by scan? Such cysts often go with deep endometriosis which is often in rectovaginal endo and that causes pulling pain and lower back pain often
If you want more help and advice I’d suggest joining Facebook group endorevisited. I’ll link below as think it could help while you wait for next appt.
Hey! Yes, I thought I had appendicitis but when reviewing my scans they saw focal endo. It’s never shown up before, even on MRI scans!
Thanks for the link, I’ll have a look through now, I’m too scared to google these things as I get health anxiety but I really want to help relieve the pain!
