I have not been officially diagnosed with Endo yet but my doctor at the end of my pregnancy said it was a possibility due to some symptoms I had at the end of my last pregnancy(Heavy bleeding and clots)but would require further testing. I am now waiting to get into my doctor and still have 2 weeks to go. That being said, I am wondering if anyone else had a major fear that they may have ovarian or some kind of cancer prior to Endo diagnosis? I have alot of syptoms of it like very irregular bleeding(very frequent w/ sometimes tissue or mucus type stuff), very frequent lower back pain, pain in like the middle of my stomach above belly button, pain with urinating and bowel movements(sometimes blood in stool), stomach looks bloated sometimes and maybe I am crazy but it even seems like my legs will look heavier sometimes, dull pain under ribs, and sometimes I feel like I need to have bowel movement but can't and very unpleasant. I am hoping maybe someone has had similar symptoms. I am 35 and pretty terrified it might be something serious and have been super depressed with major anxiety over it all the time just about. Would really appreciate any response, just need someone to talk to about it I guess, thank you for for taking the time to read this!😔

hi there, sounds so similar to my symptoms. I got diagnosed with stage 4 severe deep infiltrating posterior endo with adenomyosis and a large endometrioma cyst. Don’t worry about ovarian cancer. If they genuinely thought it was that the first thing they would have done is a ca125 test and a scan. They also wouldn’t keep you waiting to check you over. Even NHS have a max of 2 weeks emergency apt if cancer could be a potential.
As hard as it is I’d try not to panic and hopefully in a few weeks you’ll know more, maybe push for an MRI scan - it’s how my dr confirmed my endo and adeno.
Best of luck going forward. I hope you get some answers soon so you can start treating yourself as soon as possible x
I have the same symptoms. I was sent for a ultrasound which showed ovarian cysts and fibroid. I was referred for an mri and was diagnosed with stage 4 endo and referred to a specialist endo centre. They gave me the ca125 blood test which came back with elevated levels consistent with endo rather than cancer. The mri and ultrasound were also consistent with endo. It is so worrying especially as the two can mirror each other so closely symptoms wise. Get the blood test and mri, if they do suspect cancer you will be fast tracked
