bleeding on prostrap

has anyone started bleeding heavily after two months after an prostap injection.

I'm on my first month of prostrap and still having a bleed. My second is due on Tuesday. I was also given tibolone but I haven't started that yet as it can cause bleeding and I didn't want to make it worse. I hope you get things sorted out sending you a big hug x

Yes I had really severe bleeding with massive clots for nearly 2 months. It had settled in the 3rd month but I was put on Tibolone as an HRT add back and the bleeding came back with a vengeance. I ended up going to urgent care and I now have a prescription for Provera tablets as well as Tranexamic Acid and Mefenamic Acid. I would say contact your consultant and see if there’s anything else they can do. Breakthrough bleeding is expected but it shouldn’t be severe.
