Hypogastric nerve involvement

Hi guys

Saw the consultant/surgeon yesterday. I had my consent form signed on his part for surgery, collected my bowel prep and antibiotics for surgery. But still no date. He wrote in a letter after that he'd rather do the surgery sooner rather than later. Feel like I'm close but still yet a million miles away. He also wrote that my hypogastric nerves have some of the disease on it but may have to leave some disease behind to prevent damage to the nerves💔 has anyone else had this? I have been confirmed now stage 4 endo and I am also down for a disk/segmental bowel resection. I've mentioned it to my gp and now have been referred to neurology for support with the nerve involvement. And I have also been referred to Urology for bladder issues which may be related to hypogastric nerve.

Any ideas?

Hope everyone is well and coping.
