Hello, obviously I am not a doctor, however, reading your symptoms and been diagnosed with endometriosis myself - I have all of the symptoms you have described.. I have also been diagnosed with IBS alongside, so the diahorrea could also be that so worth mentioning to your gynaecologist. I hope you get some answers to your suffering
It does to me but I'm not a doctor. I would recommend keeping a pain diary and a record of your blood loss if you have periods. My consultant asked me for pain level out of ten on flare-up days and by keeping a record it helped me show a pattern.
Same as everyone else who’s commented, I’m not a doctor. However, I do have stage 4 endometriosis. Some women experience different symptoms & yours could be endometriosis but could be something else. I have excruciating pain in left ovaries and sometimes all over my lower abdomen so severe I can’t move. I’ve only experienced diarrhoea sometimes but not all the time as I suffer more with constipation (IBS) pain in legs, as you described is what I have a few days leading up to my period and even days after a period as well as what we call “Endo Belly”. Large bloating of the stomach that makes me look 6 months pregnant, very painful. Do you experience heavy bleeding? Hopefully gynae won’t take long to see you & I hope you get things sorted soon. Best wishes.
