empire line skater dresses, or high-wasited skirts with long cardis. On very bad days leggings and long baggy hoodies!

Hi I look pregnant too. Relaxed dresses without too much material - tshirt dresses and shift dresses are good. Apart from that, joggers/leggings with tops which are loose enough but not voluminous.

Hey hun! You are not alone. I haven’t been diagnosed with Endo yet but I’ve suffered with SEVERE bloating for years so I’m pretty good at hiding it now!

Dresses:

Opt for a shirred top to them and then just float down, I’ll screenshot a H&M one that has saved me this summer!

Shirt dresses, anything with stretch in your chest and then falls loosely over your belly.

Tops:

Peplum style, loose blouses/shirts with jeans or leggings, t-shirts

Bottoms:

Leggings, jeans (if you can manage)

Tbh I tend to stick with dresses, no tight jeans digging into me, and they stretch and have room for my belly getting more bloated throughout the day.

Summer get your legs out with sandals, winter pair with tights and boots with dresses.

Avoid all crop tops, tight fitting stuff, Bodycon dresses, mom jeans are my enemy! I rather a stretchy skinny Jean with a peplum top, or tucking a t shirt in the back but not the front.

You don’t have to cover up in baggy stuff, you can make things work and still feel confident, it’s taken me a while to get this point but you get used to figuring out your clothes(not like you should have to!!!) good luck lovely xx

hello I wear a lot of skater style skirts so the waist band sits above my belly button allowing my stomach to bloat as much as it wants without it being uncomfortable for me.

Also M&S do a jeggings range, stretchy material and I wear these when going out as they pull my stomach in, although if you have stomach pain on that day you couldn’t wear them as they are too tight over the stomach area.

I also wear floaty jackets so nobody can tell I am a bloated pig 🐷 haha! Seriously though it’s horrible and makes you feel awful, but what can we do xx

Prettythings1 I just had to get in on this post, as the clothes I wear affect my mood and express how I am feeling, but I didn't realise that I too have an Endo wardrobe.

Bottoms - high waisted leggings, high waisted tracksuit bottoms anything high waisted with an elasticated band. Sometimes I need the support of leggings and other times it has to be a loose fit

Tops - Over size anything, tshirts, jumpers, hoodies, it looks great and feels so comfy. Tshirt dresses are also great and if you don't feel comfy with so much on show, they look great with 3/4 leggings

Head - Get a hat, any hat, because they cover a multitude of sins! Baseball caps are great as you just pull it down and it gives you a bit of protection, so if you do need to go out when you are having an episode you skip the hair and make-up element of getting ready

On a final note, whatever you wear for whatever reason, it should be quick and easy to put on and take off, as no one wants to be faffing with your clothes when you are in pain.

Hey, I find peplum tops really flattering (as long as they’re not too short) and leggings…I have permanent endo belly so they’re really the only thing I find comfortable in. Pjs all the way in the house ☺️ x

I love the endurance leggings from Bamboo . Soft to touch , tough wearing , Deep waistband that really doesn’t cut in and support from the fabric all over. Breathable, cool when needed also warm . I couldn’ t live without them. Bamboo.co.uk
