I have mild endometriosis, does anyone else get days where you feel rubbish achy, and really tired ?

hi. Yes pretty much everyday. Constantly feel like I have a cold or am getting flu.

it’s horrible isn’t it sometimes feels like you have flu but it’s not it’s the endo

Hi yes that's something I suffer from a lot. Mind you I'm anemic at the moment too so that does not help. Hope you feel better soon, sending you a big hug xx

Yes, it is like flu for me too. Constantly exhausted. Especially in the mornings. So fed up of this 🤪

Yes all the time I feel wiped out. Not yet diagnosed but pretty sure I have it

Hiya Hun,Absolutely get ya. I will sleep over 12 hrs before my period starts and then I'm wiped out on my period.

I hope you find some meds or other ways that help you
