Yes, my right leg is worse than my left. But both constantly swell up and down daily and nightly.

Have you tried inversion therapy?

Hey, yes - can absolutely relate. I get sciatica in my left leg and my coccyx 'clonks' a fair bit. I also find my left arm/hand swells and the nerve gets trapped there too.Had a laparoscopy last May and started zoladex in October. I had 4/5 months relatively symptom free and for the first time in years felt well/normal. Now the tummy pains & the never ending feeling of 'going to come on' symptoms are returning, the other symptoms above are also returning - pretty sure it's all down to the endo/adenomyosis.

I have regular physio to release the trapped nerves which includes myofacial release massage. Without that fortnightly I wouldn't be able to move.

I didn't actually find out anything, all I got was a confirmation that they had found endo and ablated it and this came from the discharge nurse, no other details except that. I had a marina coil fitted at the time and this didnt settle in too well initially so after seeing my gp numerous times during the summer, I finally got a letter at the end of the summer to say endo was around my uterosacral ligaments. Again no further details except that and that ended up being my follow up post op apt. My GP was great though and got the ball rolling with the zoladex treatment as they are able to do this via the nurse in my gp practice. So I'm now awaiting a review with the gynaecologist and hope they finally agree to offer me a hysterectomy. I know every practice/hospital is different and I think I might just have been a bit unlucky with the communication as they were overwhelmed playing catch up from covid.
