Help me having internal scanning or an appointment from a gynecologist

Hello,I am writing this to request you to please help me in getting an appointment for internal scanning by a gynaecologist as I am struggling with the deep pain inside my vagina which is effecting my bottom area and lower back too I am in constant chronic pain everyday taking painkillers with no effect,but taking so many painkillers making my condition more worse.I had been to wexham emergency hospital so many times as I live in Slough but each time I went there I was not treated properly and returning back home with the same thing that Instead of coming here I should be in Oxford hospital,last time I tried calling at John Radcliffe Oxford hospital if I can come there as I was in bad pain and they said that they don't have emergency there,I am worried where to go now.i tried waiting the pain to settle but my condition is getting worse day by day,I can't walk,sit and stand for more than 5 mins,I have to take breaks doing everything even my daily routine,I am totally disturb doing my daily routine.please help me I had my surgery by doctor Kiran Arambage ,I spoke to him in the last appointment and he left me hopeless without scanning internally,I need help to get things settle for me,I am gaining a lot of weight after surgery I gained 40 kgs extra due to lack of physical activity but what can I do in this bad pain ,my lower body is damaged please help me.i filled the pain management form for hospital every three months explaining my worse situation every six months but no good reply from John Radcliffe Oxford hospital. Hoping to have some positive response for my words.Yours sincerely

Hi Kamna1

I'm sorry to hear how much you're struggling, it's tough having endo and being ignored makes things even harder. First, a scan would not be of ANY help if it is not done by a proper specialist. A general sonographer could not read it properly. So you'll need a specialist for that! Are you in a position to pay privately for a scan?

Pain relief wise have you spoken with your GP to get better medication to help you cope? I know things are hard but sometimes just being able to cope is enough. Take some deep breaths and try not to be too worked up, it makes things much worse being stressed. Xxx
