Hey there, I have endometriosis have done for over 10 years. Had 2 laps, I'm wanting a child however the doctors won't let me have another surgery. Has anybody tried anything that has helped with natural conception ?

Took NAC supplements and got pregnant within a few weeks while I had been trying for a year. Not 100% sure if that’s what helped but it was a big coincidence and it won’t hurt to try…
