Endo, itching and me

hi everyone, new here and only recently diagnosed with endo at stage 3/4 based on scans.. currently waiting for the next steps! My question is, does anybody feel constantly itchy around the downstairs region? Almost feels like thrush but only on the outside. I cant remember the last day I wasnt itching and have had every test under the sun - bacteria all completely normal - really at my wits end now. Please tell me I'm not the only one experiencing this!! 😫

Hi! I have this itchiness for 3 years and 3 months. Every tests, examinations are negative. Where do you feel it exactly? For how long?

Hi, it's awful isnt it!? Mine has only been since June thankfully so I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for you to have it for that long. Mine is on the outside so products like vagisil helps but it's not a long term solution

I experienced itching at night in both groins for over 2 years whilst approaching menopause - didn't know it was that at the time though. On reading around it may be connected with higher surges of oestrogen and is also common also in diabetic states so I assume it is related to fluctuating blood sugars which hormones can play havoc with.

I found using emoliant cream made it worse and switched to using magnesium flakes (epsom salts) in the bath once a week to help the skin, taking a multivitamin and mineral supplement and watching my sugar consumption. If I overdo the sugar now it can still get itchy.

Thank you Helena45 - I have been using epsom salts in the bath but will look further into if diet could be having an impact too.
