Deep infiltrating adenomyosis and fertility issues.

Hi, has anyone here had experienced adenomyosis cysts deep in the uterus ? 'bulky uterus'

After a trip to AandE early this year with hysterical pain I had another ultrasound and mri which found a cyst deep in the wall of my uterus. so I went for another laparoscopy with the consultant wanting to 'leave' the cyst and just ablate the endo. I assumed she couldn't operate the uterus as I was trying to conceive at the time. (conception has not been working for 11 months)

I've had 2 laps in 2 years, ablating the endo but doing nothing for intense pain which is in my pelvis, left leg and travels up my lower back. I've never been told what grade I have but I also have endo on my appendix.

Codeine, Naproxin, weed and CBD edibles and drinks take the edge off the pain but leave me obviously drowsy. 2 weeks of the month is pain free, the remainder I dread and it leaves me with very high anxiety.

So wanting further answers I spoke to another gynae consultant.

He was super nice and drew diagrams and put things in more layman's terms than just clinical terminology.

He told me that where the cyst was the only operation possible would be hysterectomy and the other options were mirena coil, zoladex (hormone therapy to reduce cyst) or try for baby at 37 (with IVF?)

It was obviously not the answer I was hoping for and tbh I've been an emotional wreck for a few days now, I just keep crying. I honestly don't know what to do, i feel so lost. none of these options are easy and I'm scared. Is there no other way? .appreciate any honest advice or help.
