Endometriosis question

Can someone please help me with advice l had really bad pain in my side and back but bloods have come back normal and it's been over a week with this pain l only normal suffering when l am on my period but not this time and the pain is not easing off l don't know what to do help please

Have you had any investigations for endo? Pain can come at any time in the month and be all the time or just at period time. Do you have any other symptoms of endo? Blood tests rarely show endo so that doesn’t really tell you anything. Ask your gp for stronger pain meds. Cocodamol is where they often start before codeine and tramadol or oramorph. Also naproxen and diclofenac suppositories are good as well.

But referal to a Gynae with at least a special interest in endo is next step with any endo symptoms and your gp should do it as it’s in nice guidelines.
