Can anyone explain what this is? Is it a nerve? Something else?

Really dumb question but I stumbled on this picture on google just now. Can anyone tell me what the.. structure-? outlined in green is?

Is it indicating where a nerve runs? Or something else? I've never seen this in any other picture and the reason I'm asking is that location wise it is EXACTLY where I get severe pain but I have no idea how to describe it-!

I am not a doctor by any means! But I don't think it's a nerve as it's a different colour to the other nerves in the diagram. My best guess would be an artery by the way it spreads out into smaller branches. Uterine artery maybe? Again, not a doctor!!

Not a doctor either but I believe that's the 'round ligament'. Ligaments hold the uterus in place and you can have endo on them. I have spots of it on my broad ligament, also found on uterosacral ligaments.
