Just curious to know if cold/flu symptoms could be a post op symptom, I’m 4 weeks post op and this is the second time in 4 weeks I’ve felt feverish with flu symptoms. Is immune system affected post op, if so how long for? Feel like all I do is post on here constantly!

I hope your surgery went smoothly. Sorry to hear about the feverish symptoms you've been experiencing post-op, that's not what you need on top of recovery! I think this is something that would be best answered by a medical professional. It might be worth giving your GP a call or the ward nurse, as they'd be able to provide you with the correct advice. Remember to keep drinking water and resting as much as possible whilst you are feeling this way.
