After running quite hard two days a go I seem to have triggered an endo flare? In April I had stage 2 endometriosis excised, which has dramatically help with the pain although it was a gradual process of recovery.
However, 2 days a go I went on quite a hard run and I am now feeling the pain which is reminiscent of my old endo pain. It is around the site where I had the incision laparoscopically. Any advice/ reassurance?
I am a little worried it's coming back even though it's only been 6 weeks and I'm on the POP pill. Does anyone else find you get pelvic pains from running even after having endo excised?
