Still confused

Hi everyone!

I had a phone follow up with my surgeon today.

I had my lap 4 weeks ago. He confirms he found endo on the utersacral ligament and did excision. He said there may also be ‘possible’ adenomyosis.

He asked if my symptoms are better, they aren’t really, but i suppose it’s still early days? He said he wants to see my for a face to face in a couple of weeks. Worth pointing out he’s an endo specialist not regular gynae.

Should I still be getting the same pain as before? Is utersacral endo not as severe? I had the mirena before and still have it now.
