Diagnosed - Stage 3 - Lifestyle Changes

Hi All

I am home from surgery and have been diagnosed with Stage 3 Endo.

Now that I have had tissue removed and know exactly what I am dealing with, I’d like to make any changes to my lifestyle that can help with symptoms and maybe slowdown regrown of the tissue.

Does anyone have any tips? Things to do/not to do, etc.

I have seen Dr Larisa Corda mention that there are changes I can make but can’t remember them or find the video.

Thanks so much xxx

This Endo Life podcast and website is excellent! There is a course you can do, there is a library of books and supplements. This isn’t for the faint hearted okay.

It takes time and energy and effort. Look on her Instagram reels for testimonials of life changing outcomes - sending love and you got this 💛🌻

Hi,

I found that making changes to my diet made a big difference to my symptoms. For me taking out wheat, sugar, processed foods and caffeine helped, along with adding in more anti-inflammatory foods like fruit and vegetables. Lifestyle changes can help too, particularly trying to manage stress and doing gentle exercise if you can like yoga or walking. Good luck.
