Spotting/strange peroids could this be endo or similar?

Morning, I'm a lurker but this my first post. I guess I'm after some reassurance as I know something is up with my body/hormones but I'm not sure I'm on the right track but this forum has been so helpful

Background: 3 months I've been having daily pain/peroid cramps/Lower back pain/pelvic area. I'm booked in for an ultrasound on weds & pretty sure it will show up Pcos as I was diagnosed with that 10 years ago. I've had one heavy peroid, then a wierd peroid with large clots & then spotting for 4 days. I've woken up this morning with spotting and then extreme pain with a bowel movement and have returned to bed as I'm feeling dizzy & in pain.

None of this feels normal and my mind is jumping thinking it could be endo or it could be cysts or everything in between. My husband pointed out that I'm putting weight on while exercises and reducing food, I'm always tired (but do have a toddler so 🤷‍♀️) I also had a surgery after birth as my placenta split and no one has done an internal examination in 18 months since giving birth due to covid & sometimes I wonder if that's where unusual cells have started growing in my womb/elsewhere.

I know in my gut something isn't right and tracking my peroid my pain is worst during ovulation & just before peroid. I feel like my body is letting me down and I'm getting annoyed that I'm someone who has menstruation as its bollocks!
