Poor digestion and sharp stomach pains

Hi all, does anyone else experience terrible pain high up (stomach area rather than bowel) and undigested food in poop? I get this fairly frequently and am certain it's related to my endo, even though that is lower down, on my pelvis, ovaries and in my uterus (adenomyosis). It's excruciating and sitting up is a killer. I'm desperate for some relief, yet my digestive system feels so sluggish and stuff which needs expelling doesn't shift. I'd love to know if anyone else experiences this and what (if anything) helps! It can be any time during my cycle btw.

I get sharp stabs in the upper area of my stomach, just below the ribs. I also get them in the side on my right hand side. I definitely recommend speaking to your consultant sweet, endometriosis can effect many organs not just the ovaries and stuff so definitely worth speaking to someone about it. They may want to rule out simple things like IBS but be firm if those tests show nothing and tell them your gynecologist needs to see you.
