Waking up with pain

Probably I’m not te only one, but lately I’m going to sleep without any pain and I end up waking up in the middle of the night with awful cramps and pain... Tablets barely work sometimes.

How do you cope with this? Do you guys find helpful taking with someone about it? Not just night time, I mean in general.

Also, I have been diagnosed this last month with endometriosis and two ovarian cysts, still waiting for the appointment with the specialist and they said apparently it can take months until they call me. Any advice?

There's natural things that help. I used to be woken in pain too, then couldn't go back to sleep. Now after working on how I respond to pain, I can go back to sleep.

Happy to send you my research and the book I used to help me get back to sleep after pain. Send me a private message if you're interested. Not allowed to post links to external websites here x
