Aswell am my eno which I think we all agree we can define that pain from others, but the past 6 months I’ve been unable to do literally anything because of WHOLE body pain and I sleep 24/7 it’s like my brain it’s constantly foggy and doesn’t work and no matter how many time I say it to my doctor she just won’t have it or take interest! I’m at breaking point I can’t change doctors at the moment but most can’t handle this pain aswell as my endo I’m so lost any idea how to prove to my doctor I have it?????

Have they tested your Vit D? I'd recommend getting a deficiency excluded.
If you have been tested, ask for your level, even if they say you are 'in range'.
It is the worst part of the year for symptoms from low Vit D, any stores built up over the summer are on the wane. The symptoms can be horrible, and similar to fibro.
If you can afford £29 you can see a doctor anytime via video call using the Livi app, they can prescribe or refer in exactly the same way as any GP and it sounds like your current doctor wont budge. As Spireite says, blood tests for deficiencies would be a good idea. It would also be worth getting your thyroid checked at the same time. livi.co.uk
I'll also add, you can get private blood test done and ask for them to be reviewed by a doctor before they send you the report. Prices vary, and it is sometimes cheaper to get a wider test that is on an offer than it is to pick individual tests. I've used Medichecks in the past, and had blood drawn by a nurse at a nearby branch of Superdrug (for which there is an additional charge).
I also have fibro and you need to demand to see a rheumatologist never mind what the dr says you tell them out right that you want to be referred. Its deffo worth getting bloods done as my iron, ferritin and vitamin D go all over the place and this makes things worse. Also if your sleeping alot through the day ask for a sleep rate test it's a form you fill in and they refer you if your score is too high to lung function were they do further tests, it's best to get all this ruled out while waiting to see a rheumatologist....please do not take no for an answer from yr dr or better still change yr dr I did :).
