Ever since I was a teenager I've had problem with my knees especially the left one. I just wonder if anyone with endometriosis has had any issues with this before as I feel as my knees are worse during my period. I wonder if its connected or two different problems.
Thank you

Hello, I’ve just started physio for my right knee as the knee cap is slipping out of line. I have no confirmation that it is directly connected to endo (I have endo & adeno) but I do carry most of the pain on my right side and back. The physio has given me exercises to strengthen my right hip and they seem to be working. So no direct correlation to endo but she did say that our bodies naturally attempt to move away from where we carry pain. Hope that’s useful. X
My lower back is sore a lot of the time too. I get physio for my knees as well I should probably mention the back pain. My left knee cap has dislocated at least 3 times and I've had to smack it back into place it is one of the worst pains I've ever felt. The last time it dislocated was in my sleep a couple of months back. Thanks for your response
I have lots of problems with my knees (one in particular) and now my wrists! I get a lot of pain (which feels like v bad 'growing pains') and have to click it out quite a bit. The musculoskeletal therapist at my work said that some of my muscles aren't strong enough so gave me exercises, but I've always wondered if part of it was inflamed or due to endo!
It’s hard to say as during periods our body goes into overdrive.I get pain in my neck and shoulder and sometimes lower back that get worse and spasm a day or two leading to my period till it ends.My consultant says it’s all the hormones so not necessarily linked to my endometriosis and there isn’t a test she can do.
