Sudden fatigue experiences

Hello

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar to this...

So today I woke up and felt great. I had tons of energy, got out for a walk and sorted the house out. I was in such a good mood!

Then at about 3pm I hit a wall and suddenly felt really tired. As a result my mood also dipped and I felt like a different person.

I guess I'm wondering whether it's endo related?

Lisa x

Hi Lisa,I'm diagnosed with endo and this happens to me too. I always say it's like someone has pulled my plug out, the fatigue comes on so quickly. I try to do more earlier in the day when I have more energy and also to pace myself so not to overdo it when I'm feeling good, but if anyone has any tips on coping with this I'd be interested to hear.

Sorry you are dealing with this and hope you have felt better today x

I suffer from the fatigue too. Some weeks worse than others, it's a painful tiredness. My period a few weeks ago was the worst I have felt yet. I absolutely hate this condition and what it does to us x
