Hi, i was diagnosed with endometriosis when I was 16 (im now almost 21) ive had 2 operations when I lived in Norwich the team there was amazing, however ive recently moved to London borough of Bromley and been going to a hospital in London for treatment ive been there for just over a year now and they have hardly said 2 words to me i just feel extremely unwanted by them and i feel like im getting worse. I was just wondering if anyone in this group knows any gynecology or endometriosis clinics that I could get referred by the NHS? Please private message me if you have any suggestions.

Im struggling with alot of pain and the medication I've been given is increasing this pain 😞

It's worth having a looking on the BSGE website: bsge.org.uk/ec-BSGE-accredi.... Here you can find details of accredited endometriosis centres who have specialist endometriosis consultants.

If you are not happy with your treatment, it may be worth contacting the patient advice liaison service (PALS). Each hospital has their own PALS team and their contact details should be on the hospital website. If this doesn't get you anywhere, you can always ask your GP to refer you to another BSGE accredited centre. You are allowed to chose any hospital you want in the UK for treatment. Although you will have to consider about how far you are willing to travel for each appointment (although most appointments are taking place over the phone at the minute) and how long the waiting lists are to get an appointment.
