Endo at work?

So, I have recently been offered a new job which I have taken (yay!) but I had to fill in a detailed medical form, and of course had to put Endo down. I’m super nervous about how the work place will react, and if they’ll even consider retracting their job offer. I had to put down my sick days at my previous work place, which of course were 99% due to endo. Has anyone else had these worries, or anything similar? I really want this job but I know so many people and employees do not yet understand Endo and how difficult it is to deal with.

Aww congrats on the job! I have also had these worries in looking for a new job and am fearful to disclose this. Fortunately I was diagnosed whilst in my current job and my employers have been so understanding and allowed unplanned time off etc. I think. Your new job would appreciate the honesty as long as you’re able to work with them so in some instances I have started work earlier or finished later when more able.
