Hey girlie's, I just wanted to ask a quick question. I have a baby 9 months ago, but I feel like my belly is still swollen. I know I have put on weight, but I also feel more bloated that usual. Has anyone else experienced this after giving birth and did anything help to get it down (if anything helped at all?)
Thank you xxx

Try drinking peppermint also see g.p you should still be under midwife care it could be something else I had this after my daughter and later got diagnosed with endometriosis I had lost weight but was always bloated to look bigger
Thank you for your reply! I have already been diagnosed with endometriosis almost 3 years ago so I know for sure it is that. I'm just wondering why it's even bigger than before pregnancy.
I changed my diet and found it helped certain foods made me blow up like a balloon safe to say I haven't bloated like that since.what kind of birth did you have ?
Usual endo symptoms you would never know if there was any damage after forceps without the usual laprascopy I would try cutting out gluten sugar diary see if it goes down if it does I would say it's the endo.another thing I would ask do you ever feel like you can't eat sort of thing I had this wierd bloating thing where I couldn't eat due to the bloating I always felt full when I hadent eaten
I've always been mindful of sugar carbs dairy etc and have a clean balanced diet. I will definitely speak to gp if I see no improvement but I don't feel like.i can't eat anything in particular. How did you get diagnosed?
