Afternoon ladies!

I have been having Gynae symptoms for about six months now. So, basically, I am spotting between periods, but my spotting is more like the Niagara Falls! And with clots for extra fun too, sometimes they are MASSIVE!

I am having a Gynae outpatients appointment next week, they haven't mentioned Endometriosis but they are going to look for fibroids.

My concern is that recently when having a poo, I start bleeding from my vagina, and my GP confirmed the blood was indeed from my vagina and not my bum.

I've been signed off work from yesterday to cover me up to my Gynae appointment so am taking it easy.

My cervical smear came back clear.

Does anyone else have any of my symptoms, especially the vaginal bleeding after poo.

Hi Jude,

I came across your post this evening while looking for some answers myself. I have endometriosis, adenomyosis and PCOS and also get vaginal bleeding after a bowel movement - but only in the 3 days or so before my period is due.

My consultant hasn't given me any answers on this and doesn't seem to really want to investigate further either. I wondered how you had been getting on and whether you're any closer to an answer?
