How early after ovulation can you miscarriage and would a pregnancy test have been positive?
I’ve done pregnancy test 12&13 days past ovulation (6day early tests) which were both negative. I’ve been spotting blood day 11,12,13,days past, now day 14 I’m passing huge clots and in agony. My nurse suggested it could be miscarriage but Doctor over the phone said it was to close to ovulation day to be that. I do have endometriosis, irregular and heavy periods but these clots seem bigger? Could just be a period, but I’m driving myself mad. Any advice welcome

Iv passed huge clots like that during my period. I also have endometriosis. I've had 6 miscarriages too my early ones i had at 6 weeks one thing i can say when you do have a miscarriage you'll notice greyish pink tissue that's the fertizled egg. I think if you'd have had a miscarriage it would be a really heavy period and you'd of had a positive when you tested. When we bleed really heavy the body creates clots in a way to protect itself from bleeding too much. Its scary to see. If it continues there's medication you can get to slow it down xx
I’ve got tranexamic acid but it makes me sick so don’t really want to take it as I already feel shit. My spotting was really light pink blood but now it’s proper red clots. I don’t normally get spotting before a period but they are normally heavy but these are the biggest clots I’ve ever noticed. But this ones hit me hard, im in agony can hardly move off the sofa and leaking through pads Probably is just a period, just when it’s mentioned by a professional you panic don’t you. Thank-you chick!
Maybe your Endo is getting worse? I usually spot before my period. If its too much to to A n e you shoukdnt be leaking through hun how often are you having to change. You could have fibroids cysts or anything going on. Xx
If it was a miscarriage I think you’d have had a positive test. I had one recently and i was still testing positive two weeks later. At four/five weeks a miscarriage would be the same or very similar to a period so it’s unlikely that would be causing the heavy bleeding. If it’s really heavy you should probably get checked out though in case it’s something else?
