New to this. It was recommended to me by my doctor, so here goes,
I would like some advice on fertility support. I suffer bad with endometriosis and recently had a pregnancy 'surprise' however turns out it was my endo playing tricks on me. Ive really struggled with coming to terms with it as I thought, finally after everything I've been through and my body giving me signs, this was my chance to be a mother.
Unfortunately not this time, so I was wondering if there was any advice or tips people would be willing to share to help me through my journey.
Thank you in advance,
Han x

Hello! The plans are to see how I go basically. I feel like maybe perhaps because of my age they're reluctant to start the IVF because there is that small chance that because I've got years left they may be holding out for that. I dont know.
Be careful not to get buried in the system so to speak. Time can go quite quickly. I can see what you/they mean about it if you’re young though.I know some have found diet helpful, leaving out gluten/dairy. Have a search of the forum for fertility there is quite a bit and endo uk have a helpline if you wanted to talk to anyone. Don’t be afraid of responding to old posts if you see something helpful. I’ve found this helpful in the past.
