Need Help... please

Hi all hope you are all keeping well...

I have had endo for 15 years and due to my age I have only just had a hysterectomy in February.... I'm still no better still in pain all day everyday and I'm still on oramorph but I want to try and come off the morphine as when I run out of it and I have none for the night I'm awake all night and end up having a panic attack and in alot of pain it's no good I wouldn't say I'm addicted to it but I need it to get through the day..... Has anyone else had the same problems if so how did you manage to come of the morphine...
