Seeking some advice

Hi all, last week I was diagnosed with a 'large and complex' ovarian cyst and have been referred onto a specialist. All of this is following some really horrific menstrual cycles, with sharp stabbing pains that leave me unable to move, heavy bleeding, really bad PMS with intense mood swings, and severe anaemia.

I suspect the underlying cause might be endometriosis due to other family members having been diagnosed in the past. But I wanted to see if these were similar to other people's experiences? (Looking at some of the posts in the forum, I'm reassured).

Also, does anyone have any advice on staying fit and healthy while coping with all of this? I'm usually quite active but I'm struggling to do even a 10-minute workout due to low energy levels. Any tips and tricks would be hugely appreciated.

Thanks! 😇

Make a short list of questions to ask. Bring a pen for note making. I also recommend taking a list of symptoms. Best of luck! Have you considered chair based workouts or not?
