Advice for endo sufferers

Hi I am thinking about setting up an Endometriosis advice page on Instagram, I think it would be good to add advice in from other sufferers as I know advice can vary from one person to another. I have plenty of info I am planning to share but I am wondering if anybody has any tips, advice, anything at all that they think would help other girls and women on this journey that they wouldn’t mind sharing that would be amazing! Thank you xxx

I think this would be a great idea, I was thinking of doing something similar myself - even started putting together a folder of info lol!
