Dizzy!

Hi ladies ,

Does anyone else feel super dizzy on their period . I’ve been quite heavy , so not sure if it’s that ?

I get dizzy quite often just before and during my period! I wear a sea band!! X

Yes had it for years. If periods are heavy may be linked to blood loss but I get dizziness it is an unusual symptom . It took me 3 years before doctors agreed it was due to my Endo and hormonal imbalance. X
