Coil / ovarian cyst / endo and exercise

Hi guys. I had a question about exercise and endo. I had a laporoscpy last year to treat it, but the endo has come back again along with an ovarian cyst. I also had merina fitted a month ago which has been causing pain. However I am really feeling the effects on my mental health of not exercising and want to get back into it. I wondered what sort of exercise you guys do that doesn't make the pain worse? Would appreciate any tips. Thanks so much xxx

Pilates at home at the moment it's gentle but effective. I decided not to have the coil fitted as I knew it was not for me but everyone is different.

Yes, Endo does come back so another Lap is probably in order. Suggest a phone consultation with your GP re pain control. Take care
