Any advice on going back on prostap after a 4 month break after having a lap ?

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me I had a lap in October and my consultant said it was minimal endos behind my uterus and on both my ovaries and he said he burnt it away,Leading up to operation I had 6 months prostap injections which helped a little I felt like it had kind of shrunk my lady bits and belly area which helped calm the pain with not having to wee so much as I felt pressure on my bladder all the time before this. Now its 5 months later only 3 periods so far but I can feel the pain coming back and the pressure on my bladder to wee which is difficult and feels swollen belly, My gynae nurse thinks I should go back on prostap and maybe learn to self Cather which scares the crap out of me, Just wondering if anyone has any advice? xx
