Is it normal to get gripping pains where your stickers are after a month post lap?

Hi all I'm wondering if anyone could give me some advise or if you have had this pain before. I had my laparoscopy this time a month ago to remove cysts from my ovaries. I havnt done too bad with recovery although had the worst period of my life a week after the op. Iv been back at work now for 2 weeks, I have a very physical job (working with 40 pre schoolers) but iv felt ok other than a few twinges. Today my hips are killing, my internal stiches are coming out and I have shooting pains (sorry for tmi) in my vagina, I also have a really bad headache too. Just when you feel like you can get yourself back on track, my body hits me with something else. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
