After a long amount of time off the pill, I've noticed that some times I feel just like I did when I was on a progesterone only pill but a lot worse. I know progesterone fluctuates during a cycle but sometimes it starts as soon as my period ends and other months I dont feel this way at all. I've not found a link between anything that could be causing it but it's getting me down with visible weight gain, incredibly emotional, spotty, greasy hair and feeling sick and horrible (which is the reason I came off all birth control in the first place!).
Anyone experienced anything similar or know of anyway I can make myself feel any better?
