Do any of you find that your symptoms get worse when under stress or pressure? Over the last few months at work I’ve been under a bit of pressure with tight deadlines and taking on extra responsibilities. Last week the only other person in my department was signed off on long term sick during our busiest time. This has definitely seen my stress levels go through the roof as I try to cover her work. Today I got my period and although always a struggle the pain has escalated to barely tolerable. Day 2 is usually worse so I’m dreading tomorrow. Just wondering if theres a link or if it’s just a bad month

Yes I find the same. Stress definitely makes me pain worse. I'm not sure how it works but for me there's a link.
