So I had excision surgery in March this year- ended up being quite a major op almost 8hrs and involved bowel, bladder, ovaries etc they managed to free my organs and clear /shave the endo on most parts.
I decided to ttc after- my cycles have been fairly regular with the odd shorter or longer cycle however this month it was 5 days late and I had very light bleeding and lasted 4 days. Day 9 and I’ve started spotting again- I get some pain but it isn’t as bad as it was before my op.
I get spotting before my periods every month and for me this is normal.
Does this mean my endo has returned already???? I so wanted this op to help me conceive but I know that it is unlikely. ☹️

Hi Rehanat, I'm so sorry to hear your worried it has returned so soon. Is it possible to go back to see your consultant to check?
Possibly scar tissue not endo maybe? Took me 8 months after my op to finally fall pregnant. Still getting cramps not believing it would be a success and I was lucky with that one.
I was discharged from the clinic last month as op went well and my symptoms are minimal. I’ll wait it out and see if it gets worse and then I can always go back to them.
